Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns & Exchanges
Since out items are custom made for each order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on items. We are able to cancel orders for a full refund in cases where you reach out to us before we print the item(s).

Refunds
In the event of a refund due to a cancelled order, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
